These terms explain the rules for using LinkPadi. By creating an account or using LinkPadi, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use LinkPadi.
1. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use LinkPadi.
- Give us accurate details when you sign up, and keep your password safe.
- You are responsible for everything that happens on your account.
2. Your username and page
Usernames are first come, first served. We may remove or change a username that impersonates someone, uses another brand's name without permission, or breaks these terms.
3. Your content
You own the content you add to LinkPadi, like your name, bio, links and images. You give us permission to store it and show it on your page so the service works. You are responsible for what you post and where your links lead.
4. What you can't do
- Break the law or help anyone else break it.
- Run scams, fake giveaways or phishing, or collect people's passwords or payment details.
- Pretend to be another person or business.
- Post or link to hateful, harassing or violent content, or sexual content involving anyone under 18.
- Share malware, spam or links that trick people.
- Use content you don't have the rights to.
- Try to break, overload or get around LinkPadi's security.
5. Bookings and events
Page owners can take booking requests and give out free event tickets. The page owner is responsible for the bookings they accept and the events they run, including honouring tickets and keeping guests safe. LinkPadi passes requests and tickets between visitors and page owners, but is not part of any agreement between them.
6. Plans and payments
The Free plan costs nothing. Plus and Premium are paid plans, charged at the prices shown on our pricing page when they launch. When online payments launch, a fee applies to sales made through your page, as listed on the pricing page. We will tell you before any price changes affect you.
7. Suspending or closing accounts
You can stop using LinkPadi at any time. We may hide or remove pages, or suspend accounts, that break these terms or put other people at risk.
8. Service availability
We work hard to keep LinkPadi running, but we provide it "as is". We can't promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or remove features over time.
9. Limits of our responsibility
As far as the law allows, LinkPadi is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data, or for the content of other websites your page links to.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If the changes are important, we will let you know on the site or by email. Using LinkPadi after an update means you accept the new terms.
